Estimate Requests & Site Visits Policy

We strive to accommodate all estimate requests and site visits in a timely and efficient manner. However, please note that all estimates and site visits are subject to our team’s availability, and scheduling is not guaranteed for specific dates or times requested by customers.

Our estimator/s often manages multiple ongoing projects, site assessments, and customer inquiries. During busy periods, we may experience delays or may not be able to meet the preferred date or time requested. In such cases, we will offer the next available appointment based on our schedule.

To ensure fairness and proper workflow:

  • Appointments are scheduled on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
  • Requested dates cannot always be accommodated, especially during peak workload periods.
  • Urgent or same‑day requests may not be possible, depending on our estimator’s availability.
  • Customers will be notified of the earliest available date if their preferred time cannot be met.
  • Site visits may be rescheduled in the event of unforeseen delays, weather conditions, or project emergencies requiring immediate attention.

 

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to provide accurate estimates and quality service to all customers. Our goal is to ensure each site visit receives the proper time and attention needed for a reliable assessment.
